Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of listing materials, forecasting and analysis. 2. Collaborate with research and Marketing teams to develop an collaborative business expansion plan. 3. Frequent travel along the front ange to gain a strong understanding of each trade area, to include traffic and retail patterns, demographic trends and socio-economic behavior, as well as meet and greet clients. 4. Communicate with new and senior commercial real estate brokers in order to establish and develop successful team and individual marketing plans. 5. Train and manage teams of local brokers to create farm areas and locate new clients for both sales a nd leasing opportunities.. 6. Negotiate business points for all land acquisition and disposition projects.
