I am a dedicated individual who always strives for a high standard of conscientiousness and a professional work ethic with logical decision-making skills and the ability to use abstraction to solve complex problems.I had studied for the MCSE in 2003 but only passed the first 3 exams (70-215 Windows server 200) (70-250 windows 2000 professional) (70-216 Network infrastructure) of the 4 core requirements. I was working long hours in the printing industry and did not have the time to study for the final exam.I have used Udemy, YouTube, Pluralsight, Lynda.com, and Testout.com I have completed hundreds of virtual labs and installed virtual machines to train on.Hands-on skills: teaching Receptionists and security officers how to use Windows software, Replacing RAM and hard drives in laptops, installing different versions of windows and Linux, using Microsoft office since 1997 and retained in Officer 2019 and 365 to learn the new features., replaced mobile phone screens moved IT equipment and set up PCs.
