As Deputy Executive Director I am responsible for the port’s business development, pricing, lease and contract negotiations and administration, customer retention and public and media relationships. I served as a member of the Steering Committee member of the State of Delaware’s Economic Development Strategy Project and the DSPC’s strategic plan development team.
