I am a Patient Centred Outcome research expert with extensive experience of: • Leading PRO strategy development to meet evidence challenges and value objectives.• Working effectively within a complex matrix environment to ensure optimal implementation of strategy.• Leading PCO work within fast moving late-stage assets.• Consultation and interaction with key external stakeholders, including FDA, EMA, PMDA and GBA.• Delivering concept elicitation, cognitive debrief, item selection and observational validation studies. • Developing novel patient reported outcomes, in line with industry guidance. I have experience of working across a range of therapy areas (oncology, respiratory, neuroscience, II, IBD, Vaccines) and at different stages in the clinical development process. I effectively identify the key evidence challenges and value drivers and provided leadership in developing PCO strategies to address these challenges. This breadth of responsibility has involved participation in regulatory and payer consultations, including FDA advisory Committees and Pre-IND, Pre-BLA and Type-C Interactions. Continuing external collaborations of mine examine how PRO data can be most “impactful” in labelling claims, HTA applications and policy development, how PRO content can most effectively be reported in protocols and publications, best practice for the use of PROs in RWE and measurement of sleep.
