I worked as a Sales Associate at the flagship Samsung Experience Store on Oxford Street.My work consisted mainly of trying to sell major devices and upselling to include accessories such as cases and hit personal and store KPIs.

- Welcome Desk; the face of Waitrose' customer service; this involved dealing with customers' problems, receiving returns, issuing refunds and providing the Click and Collect service for John Lewis orders.- I also worked on and supervised the checkouts.- Operations team; auditing stock, checking dates and reducing items appropriately.

I attended a work experience placement at TRW Automotive’s site in Solihull for two separate weeks, in June 2014 and June 2015. During this time:1) I reorganised their archive; removed and took stock of all items in there, rearranged into a more logical order and replaced them. Created an Excel spreadsheet to record the location of each item for easy access.2) Worked in the prototype lab, helping technicians fit prototype components into their systems.3) My supervisor, a CAD engineer, showed me how they use CAD to design essential parts for their systems4) Visited the Mira test track where I was able to ride in unreleased, classified vehicles - had to sign an NDA, photos were prohibited, etc.5) The following year I was invited back to help mentor a new intake of work-experience students; the majority of my time was spent in the prototype garage, helping to fit prototype systems into vehicles ready to be tested. At the end of the week I went to Mira once again, in one of the vehicles that had parts I had helped produce and install.
