Responsible for developing, implementing and managing an effective, robust safety program for a workforce of over 200 skilled workers. Our safety program includes formalized classroom training, a comprehensive written field training program, a demanding internal audit program, monthly safety training meetings, a random drug testing program, documented vehicle and equipment inspections, and an employee safety committee. Safety is a top priority at TSU.

Served as Senior Program Manager leading a team of 144 property and materials management experts providing Quality Management services and auditing support to DynCorp International’s LOGCAP contract in Afghanistan.

Provided subject matter expertise in all areas relating to U.S. Air Force logistics. Supported business development efforts associated with Information Technology projects related to Logistics, Supply Chain Optimization, Supply Chain Integration, Data Visualization and Supply Chain Management engineering services. Served as a key player in the National Aerospace Leadership Initiative (NALI) program dedicated to strengthening U.S. aerospace manufacturing capability. Focused CTC logistics integration program efforts around successful strategies and products while matching CTC efforts, existing programs and capabilities to client requirements. While deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, provided Quality Management Services to North American Treaty Organization (NATO) Maintenance and Supply Agency (NAMSA) on Kandahar Airfield (KAF), Afghanistan, for logistics services that NAMSA provides to Commander, Kandahar Airfield (COMKAF) and stake holder nations through 33 separate contracts.

Led the Demand Forecast Review (DFR) cell of the Task Force for Business and Stabilization Operations (TFBSO) in Afghanistan. Worked with OSD’s Business Transformation Agency and US Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) J3 and J4 to maximize the affects of a $21B spend.

Subject matter expert for U.S. Air Force War Readiness Material (WRM) contract proposal. Proposal development, capture management, project management.
