Managed 14 Census Field Supervisors and 168 enumerators in a zone consisting of five counties in the state of Maryland. Scheduled caseloads and ensured al protocols were followed. Evaluated production and quality levels to be consistent with established standards on daily basis. Performed recruiting sessions across Cecil county for 2020 Census. Developed schedule for recruiting based on goals set up by Regional Headquarters. Utilized personal and business contacts to achieve rating of “Most Scheduled sessions at local libraries, Dept of Labor offices, local churches and other venues. Interviewed individuals interested in learning about the 2020 Census and driving them to the 2020.gov website. Worked with Partnership Specialists in recruiting at local colleges, job fairs and Chamber of Commerce events. Achieved 110% performance against recruiting goals. Performance earned a "Battlefield Commission" to Census Field Manager
