• While serving as the Senior Director, managed and planned a $2M budget for global partnerships, including the strategic outsourcing of learning content development and delivery process• Oversaw the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) as a tool for global process, establishing strategic alignment with competency models, independent competency reviews, and talent management programs• Transitioned into the Vice President role in 2011, overseeing the vision and strategy of driving workforce planning, talent management and sales enablement within the $5B IT business division• Responsible for 8 direct reports and the oversight of 40 employees while reporting to C-Suite sales and marketing leadership, maintaining the $4M global budget management • Directed the global enablement team in integrating content creation and management processes, enabling sales representatives to have more of a software discipline and competency, resulting in a 150% YOY growth within the DCIM software business unit• Recreated the process to have a gate inside of the organizational offer creation process, increasing the efficiency of content transferred to the global sales team anytime there is a new product release, improving release to sales efficiency by 65%• Achieved buy-in and the $1.5M budget to create an integrated sales enablement platform (iSEL), establishing efficiencies in getting content to sales representatives, increasing sales effectiveness in both channel and global internal sales and service sales organizations• Established the processes and roles of the global enablement organization, allowing for the measurement of content usage and the business impact of leadership and customer-facing enablement initiatives
