He graduated on both guitar and bass guitar. Tom always loved to compose music himself and not without success. After his studies he recorded his first solo album Statement  in Germany. His music was played on television and radio throughout Europe.As a live musician he played with several bands, not only in the Netherlands but in the rest of Europe as well. With the Rob Mostert Hammond group he recorded the album ‘Englewood Cliffs Sessions’ (2010) in the famous Blue Note Studio of Rudy van Gelder in New Jersey (USA). To work with the ‘icon’ Rudy van Gelder, who recorded for example Miles Davis, Jimmy Smith and John Coltrane was a thrill. Klein was also a member of the famous Dutch jazz group; The Beets Brothers, with the well known pianist Peter Beets.Tom works a lot with the Dutch singer and presenter Marlies Claasen. He wrote many tracks for her albums Painting the Sun and Silent Words. In his own Studio Tom writes music for several multimedia purposes: (corporate)films, leaders for Radio and TV, commercials, music for documentary’s etc.. He owns a large library with all kinds of music which can be used in several productions. All tracks are editable if needed.In 2014 he wrote the soundtrack for an impressive documentary about WWII: ‘Sailing for Victory’, broadcasted on National Geographic Channel. Examples of clients:Grolsch, Mitsubishi, ZDF, NDR, ARD, NTR, Rabobank, VARA, National Gegraphic, Tros, Nos, Kro, TV Gelderland, Deutsches Fernsehen, ABN Amro etc.. “ I am thankful to be able to make a living out of something I love doing so much! “
