I have demonstrated skills in leadership and team building as well as strong communication skills and a proven track record over the past 25 years at Texas Instruments. I have a passion for leading teams and have always been a big proponent of cross training. With a few exceptions every current member of all my teams is cross trained. I am detail oriented and safety focused, I am the longest standing member of the ESH and Safety Team at DM5. I have a great relationship with my manufacturing counterparts and work closely across the factory to communicate issues and work with my peers and Leadership to develop and execute action plans. I have developed strong relationships with my peers and counterparts across every module in the factory. I keep my modules on track with all PM’s, ZUM, 5S FPS success and cost. I have been the main POC for all audits for multiple modules in the factory. I pride myself on being a team player and a great listener. I am the Factory 5S Team Lead and am driving our culture to the next level with innovative programs and training. I also own the entire DM5 ground floor for equipment 5S, I have recovered over $3.2M in surplus sales and brought that directly back into the DM5 EE Budget. My modules are diverse and cover the entire factory, we own 2100 pump and abatement systems, the Board Repair Shop, the RF and Innovation Shop, the Kit Clean Shop and the Implant Source Shop with plans to expand my role even further in 2024 with a footprint in every module in the factory.
