About Tom Klingbeil

In 2021, STAC was acquired by Apsco. My role has transitioned from Regional Account Manager to technical inside sales. I was involved in every aspect of my former company. From machining, maintenance, production, shipping & receiving, to management and sales, I've done it all. So it's no secret that I'm also involved in design, troubleshooting, and planning, all while doing my best to take care of our customers. But by far, the most enjoyable part of my job is meeting people and developing relationships.It's extremely important for my customers to know that I'm there to help them. There is a sign in my office that says, "Committed to be the Best"​. It may sound kind of hokey, but I believe it. One can never be satisfied to be where they are. If I'm not improving my products and services, someone else will. I develop fantastic friendships with my customers because they know I will do my best to find a solution for their needs. I also focus on service. If a customer has an issue, it's my responsibility to help solve it. I will use every resource available to see it through. The buck stops here. I make every effort to be the best. It's who I am. It's what I believe.
