Develop innovative machinery to boost production while reducing operating and labor costs through the use of automation and identifying new applications for existing technologies. Develop custom machinery for external clients. Manage all aspects of project from initial client meeting through commissioning, including scheduling, design phase, budget, vendor selection, and build phase. Utilized SolidWorks 3D design software. Perform all aspects of residential construction including finish, trim and electrical. Met with clients and worked along side sub contractors as part of normal duties.

Summer Internship in the Engineering Planning Department. Planned engineering activities along with internal department improvements such as performance metrics and training material improvements.

Supervised a facility maintenance team and performed maintenance in all aspects of a manufacturing facility including CNC and robotic machinery along with facility mechanicals including HVAC and electrical distribution. Designed work centers in assembly and office areas. Utilized ERP and CAD software. Lead many special projects outside of usual duties, including building a “stage truck” that tours North America in several music festivals.Reduced operating costs up to $40,000 per years though training, in-house repair, and energy efficiency upgrades. Moved company away from reactive maintenance to planned maintenance through the implementation of elements of Total Productive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance. Was also the "go to" person for Health and Safety issues often working directly with OSHA and Insurance officials to ensure compliance and prevent future issues.

Performed maintenance on aircraft engine and propeller systems as a Craftsman skill level. Attended leadership and technical schools throughout career and supervised personnel during on-the-job training. Wrote several updates to the USAF T.O. system for General Electric F110 and F101 series engines. Maintained DOD Secret security clearance.
