Supported PMW 160 Tactical Networks: Provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis and engineering support services for the following programs: Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES), Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System - Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), Special Compartmented Information Networks (SCI-N), and Submarine Local Area Networks (SubLAN). Assigned as PMW 160 Submarine Networks ILS Lead. Provided direct support to and gathered, coordinated, and provided inputs from multiple leads for specific ILS disciplines to the PMW 160 Product Support Manager (PSM). Primary duties and responsibilities included development of the CANES Maintenance Demonstration (M-Demo) Plan and Full Deployment Decision (FDD) revision to the CANES Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD). Spearheaded CANES FDD Integrated Logistics Assessment (ILA) preparations and support then ultimately received ILA approval (all GREEN-no discrepancies) for milestone decision authority approval. Coordinated and led CANES Application Integration (AI) Product Support and Training Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings. Coordinated and led PMW 160 Tactical Networks ILS Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings. Supported PMW 160 Tactical Networks meetings as directed; developed and delivered logistics presentations, inputs, white papers, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action items. Was actively involved in CANES Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RM&A) discussions. Actively supported CANES, ISNS, and CENTRIXS-M Enterprise Change Request (ECR) technical working group meetings. Verified over 300 active, open ECRs associated with PMW 160 Tactical Networks in the CMPro database; updated and logged status changes; and informed PMW 160 ILS management each week. Tracked PSM action items and reported status changes on a weekly basis.

Provided design influence, logistics engineering, and integrated logistics support (ILS) services to SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) for the Air Force sponsored Enhanced Polar System (EPS) Gateway (GW) Project. Primary duties and responsibilities included review, comment, and development of logistics input(s) to the EPS GW: Statement of Work (SOW), Basis of Estimate (BOE), Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Program Management Plan (PMP), Configuration Management Plan (CMP), Risk Management Plan (RMP), System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP), Technical Requirements Document (TRD), System Subsystem Specification (SSS), System Subsystem Design Description (SSDD), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Integrated Support Plan (ISP), System Safety Program Plan (SSPP), Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) study, Acceptance Test Plan (ATP), Requirements Verification Package (RVP), and ILS schedule. Contributed to EPS GW Human System Integration (HSI) activities and RM&A discussions.

PMW 770 Undersea Integration program office: Provided acquisition logistics services and ILS products for the following programs: Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR), Low Band Universal Communication System (LBUCS), Fixed Submarine Broadcast System (FSBS), Nuclear Command Control and Communications Long Term Solution (NC3 LTS), OE-538 antenna, Advanced High Data Rate antenna, and Submarine Antenna Modernization and Sustainment (SAMS). Developed and/or furnished oversight in the development of the following ILS products: LCSPs, Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFS), Training Planning Process Methodologies (TRPPM), Navy Training System Plans (NTSP), Unique Identification (UID) Plans, and DMSMS Plans. Developed and delivered logistics presentations, business cases, point papers, schedules, charters, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action items. Conducted document reviews, then developed and delivered logistics inputs to: Acquisition Strategies (AS), Acquisition Plans (AP), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), System Engineering Plans (SEP), Program Life-Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCE), SOWs, and CDRLs.

Satellite Communications Officer: Directed operations and maintenance for a Navy Satellite Communications Facility and led a staff of 30. Managed administration, operations, logistics, and maintenance to deliver and sustain messaging, video-teleconference, and telephone services via Super High Frequency terminations supporting Army ground mobile force units in southwest Asia and Navy aircraft carriers and amphibious command ships operating in the Mediterranean Sea.Joint Fleet Telecommunications Center Watch Officer: Provided command, control, communications, computer, and telephone services to CINUSNAVEUR, COMUSNAVCENT, COMSIXTHFLT, COMFIFTHFLT, and numerous joint and NATO commands in the Mediterranean, southwest Asia, and Indian Ocean areas. Directed a staff of 50 in the activation, monitoring, operation and maintenance of over 3000 telecommunications circuits, 1200 frequencies, 114 transmitters, and four satellites. Directed and coordinated circuit activation, operation and restoral efforts of messaging, information technology, satellite communications, broadcast, technical control, and maintenance supervisors. Reviewed incoming circuit outage reports and implemented coordinated restoral efforts. Drafted and released record message communication traffic which included but were not limited to: fleet advisories, detailed outage reports, communications shifts, circuit activations, troubleshooting guidance, cryptographic and equipment settings, and station shift of service. Provided guidance and support as required to: NAVCOMTELSTA Bahrain, NAVCOMTELSTA Sicily, and three detachments in London, Rota and Souda Bay. Responsible for personnel watch station qualifications, work schedules, evaluations, training, advancement planning, and award recommendations.
