Responsible for leading production of timely and accurate Payroll and AP checks.- Supervise and assist Payroll & AP staff to ensure completion of daily activities, department goals and deadlines are met.- Validate that Payroll & AP systems are in compliance with government laws including wage attachments, garnishment orders, FLSA, Termination processing, sales tax and 1099 setup.- Maintain API time and attendance payroll software. Validate and approve each bi-weekly time and attendance close.- Validate transfer of Payroll and AP system data to the PPH financial reporting systems.
