The Team Development Consultant worked with internal and external work teams, on and off campus, regarding assessment, training, and process improvement; Accenture Team Development Service marketing, booking, and project billing; Assigning available consultants (including self); Facilitating groups on the Q-Center Adventure Program ropes course; and Monitoring client satisfaction with Q-Center Team Development Services. Additionally, I became certified in Accenture proprietary Interpersonal Skills training in Meeting Facilitation, Public Speaking, Business Writing, Conflict Resolution, Cultural Awareness, and Covey 'First Things First'.Training Support Services Area Asst. Supervisor. 8/95 - 1/98. The Training Support Services Asst. Supervisor was responsible for Q-Center logistics. With a fulltime staff of 27 FTE, responsibilities included facility supervision; training/meeting room set-up and preparation; Customer Service Business Center management; Total facility Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing of training materials, equipment, supplies; and Center support of housing, food service, and facility maintenance.
