During my professional career I have been very fortunate to work with amazing people and customers in various roles within industry leading global companies. My career so far can be described as quite adventurous with steep learning curves and with valuable lessons along the way.As Product manager my role is to be the linking pin between departments, markets and customers, making sure innovation is brought to market on the right quality, price and most of all delivers the right value to the customers. With a fast amount of new product introductions under my belt I can say no product introduction is the same, they all come with their own challenges and bumps along the way no matter how many processes there are. I like to face those bumpy roads and think about (creative) ways to solve the problems together and still release projects on time and quality with success.A recent personality profile described me the following which I found quite matching:- Lets others work at their own pace coupled with an awareness of the unique contribution each person makes. - Responsible and faithful to his commitments and obligations.- Content in work that is of practical service to the organisation and others. - Tolerant, open-minded, flexible and adaptable, enjoying the present moment. - Seek solutions to current challenges in the successes of his past experiences.- Underlying his characteristic tolerance is a natural curiosity.- Proficient at alleviating the concerns of others.- Charmingly supportive of others, he can stay behind the scenes working at practical jobs requiring empathy and service.- Good at easing tense situations, enabling competing or conflicting groups to unite. - His quiet demeanour often allows him to get agreement to his alternative solutions. In my personal life I enjoy to explore events like music concerts, food and festivals and discover new places. I have a passion for music, soccer and design. In my spare time I like to experiment with creating new concepts from various ideas, from making an own beer to design an own board game.Various other competencies:- Knowledge and experience in FMCG, B2C and B2B.- Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.- Good skill level in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PLM and Navision.
