I received my law degree Cum Laude with Highest Honors from Hamline University. I represent victims of serious injury and death. To receive the the most compensation for my clients I have made it my passion to continuously hone my litigation skills. I travel the country to keep current on trial presentation techniques. This quest has led to me be granted; "Champion Status" by the National College of Advocacy's Masters of Trial Law Program, making me the only attorney in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa to hold this designation, a "Master Advocate" by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College. I also obtained my Actor's Certification from the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre.I have been granted the coveted AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. (An AV rating indicates that fellow lawyers and judges have rated me at the highest level of skill and ethical standards.) I'm also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor bestowed upon the top trial lawyers in America that have successfully handled claims with significant value. I've been honored by being invited into and approved as a fellow in the Belli Society. The Belli Society conducts educational programs to enhance the trial skills in the United States and abroad. I was chosen to be a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 based on my trial performance in Civil Plaintiff law for the last 7 years. I am Board Certified in Civil Trial & Practice (Pretrial) by the The National Board of Trial Advocacy. I am licensed in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa state and federal courts.
