CurrentMr. Langley’s project experience includes over 30 years in master planning, project management, design and construction administration of a wide variety of governmental and private projects.He has designed major inlets, beach stabilization and nourishment projects, dredging of rivers and harbors, bulkheads for residential, commercial and industrial uses, and all of the upland improvements associated with marine facilities. He served as Principal-In-Charge or Project Manager for marina projects ranging from small community piers to major marinas serving commercial interests. He directs topographic and hydrographic surveys. He interacts directly with municipal, state and federal officials and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and approvals of all site related issues including Joint Permit Applications, City/County site plan approvals, designs to meet the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, wetlands regulations, Virginia Department of Health, underground storage tank regulations and other regulatory requirements. He also has a particular expertise in riparian rights apportionment.
