I currently look after a Region of 3800 accounts + in order to deliver overall growth. Also, I am now the primary contact for the Tektronix and Keithley brand for all industrial customers at Rapid. Developing existing customers into higher spending accounts, and organising quotations with pricing based on the current market.Also I am responsible for bringing in new business and developing projects along with the customer, our internal procurement team and suppliers. Requires a knowledge of the products we supply and also a knowledge of the customers. so communication is key.

I was a service co ordinator, analysing technical faults in the machines we looked after. Organising spare parts to engineers on site . Sometimes this was done on a paiger overnight for a week.I also put together quotations for the customers for items they may want to ugrade.Became knowledgeable about the Beta.C unit and the Dosing units and plenty more. Enough that I became part of the technical team regularly.Another duty was updating firmware and softwarre on all large cooling and dosing units.
