Executive responsible for systems application development and production support for the Retail Life Insurance Agent force and Third Party Distribution partners. • Directed the activities and work effort of a diverse staff of over 100 developers, analysts and consultants. • Working through subordinate managers, coordinated multiple major initiatives of the Technology function. Planned, scheduled resources, and coordinated systems solutions supporting the strategic needs of our business and operations partners. • Delivered a new consolidated commission pay plan replacing several existing plans and enabled retirement of 2 of 5 compensation administration system platforms. • Reported directly to the CIO and was responsible for driving the dissemination, adoption and implementation of ACORD Industry Standards based application development within Individual Life Insurance. • Represented Prudential Financial at various ACORD/NAILBA Industry Standard forums, participating in committees, working groups shaping and driving the direction of Life Insurance Industry Standards development of standardized Life New Business forms and e-transactions.
