At the same time a tech tsunami brought consumers convenience at their fingertips. As convenience became more commonplace, I had a vision for Corporate Concierge Services that went far beyond traditional services such as dinner reservations and event tickets. I focused on the art of designing great service experiences – at corporate, retail, hotel, residential and virtually – and clients found great value in the customized experience programs. -
