Supply Chain Division of LevitonA project management role responsible for the structural design of packaging components for new products and product variations, the creation of packaging engineering drawings, and a supporting role for various packaging functions.Played the lead role in the integration of SolidWorks CAD software by training corporate and plant personnel from Leviton U.S., Mexico, and China facilities and developing the processes and workflows before launch.

Responsible for the design, testing and drafting of mechanical components and systems for in-house manufacturing on CNC, wire EDM, and lathe machines. Prepared bills of material for +700-part machines and handled inspection of parts from in-house and outside machine shop vendors.Converted parts, assemblies, and drawings of standard Multiline PCB punching machines from a 2D CADKey software library into SolidWorks. Designed and prototyped a conveyor system as an add-on to a standard Multiline PCB stacking machine, as well as a vacuum.Modified existing parts in Multiline's XRT machines to accomodate larger X-ray equipment from a new supplier.

Responsible for the preparation and scheduling of the test facility, resources and equipment, as well as the execution, analysis and documentation of experiments which evaluated various lethal mechanisms from warheads to rocket propelled grenades. Co-authored 3 published research reports on improvised explosive devices and rocket propelled grenades at a Secret-Level security clearance.Converted physical test sites at the Aberdeen Proving Ground into SolidWorks (CAD) to facilitate test planning and fixture design.
