My primary responsibilities included researching, documenting and processing an average of $100,000/month sales corrections, account discrepancies and account splits. I supported and built rapport with distributors, customers, and territory.

• Initiate all collection process via telephone calls, letters, and emails
• Seek to provide financial solutions and workable payment schedules between corporations and involved customers
