    As Ideation Director, I managed and lead the Ideation team within the company which conceptualizes and develops the creative work for the clients.     - Little Thief: Supported a digital start-up with a creative strategy to engage their clients with innovative solutions. This included a project with a leading charity, where I designed a campaign which utlilized a range of social and digital methods.- Created an educational, interactive project, which explores the undercurrent of online pornography, where extreme kinks and fetishes are affecting youths both psychologically and physically.- Mayan Blood: A photo series and short documentary which focuses on a group of indigenous women from Guatemala who are fighting for intellectual property rights for their textile designs. This project has been published in Positive News Magazine October 2018.

    - I was creatively responsible for BAMM’s global clients including Unilever, Weiden+Kennedy, Pernod Ricard and Nike. - I produced engaging deliverables both online and offline. This included animation, web design, interactive videos and VR. - Led strategic creative ideation across the company's key accounts, designing campaigns as well as pitching and winning new business.- Grew Unilever and Shell into the company's largest multi-million pound accounts through identifying and providing the client with innovative creative solutions.- Recruited and managed a team of five creatives, challenging and supporting them todevelop new skills and experiences. I developed a scheme whereby the team to work on personal projects - which often inspired ideas for client work.- BAMM RAW: Created an online platform for photojournalists to share work. Through this, I saw an opportunity to establish an international network of freelancers that we could employ for client projects, speeding up our client delivery turnaround times.- I conceptualised and delivered a multimedia platform that challenged the status quo by giving the viewer a sensorial and immersive experience. QRCA, a leading industry association, invited me to present the project at their annual conference about the project and the future of interactive storytelling.
