I began working at Lawler Construction full time in December 2017. I have been working to improve existing systems and further existing relationships while helping to create new ones. The predominant portion of my efforts at work center around project operations. However, I am often involved with projects from the pre-bid and pre-construction stages all the way through project close-out. As I have continued to gain more experience and broaden my abilities within the construction field I have taken on a leadership role at the firm.In 2021, my dad, and Lawler Construction’s president, opened the doors for me to buy into ownership and I became his partner. We have had 5-strong years of growth and we are happy to be working together in the community we both love.
