In the Spring of 2017, Tom Lawler became Chief Operating Officer (COO) of William Hach and Associates (HACH) to oversee Hach’s ongoing operations and procedures. Tom Lawler is responsible for the efficiency and growth of Hach’s business.Tom Lawler, is an experienced and efficient leader, and a key member of the senior management team. Throughout his successful career, Lawler has exhibited outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Lawler has excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. In his new role, Lawler will maintain control of diverse business operations. Lawler’s goal is to secure the functionality of our business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.Tom Lawler’s responsibilities as Chief Operations Officer are as follows: • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision. • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of our Management Team. • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) • Manage relationships with material suppliers and equipment providers.

The practice of architecture includes the offering of professional services, such as consultation, environmental analysis, feasibility studies, programming, planning, etc., in connection with the construction of any private or public building, building structure, building project or addition or alteration or restoration. The Board is charged with providing curriculum evaluation, conducting oral interviews, advising on disciplinary matters and providing expert advice and knowledge on professional conduct and performance.

The Board is made up of eleven individuals appointed by the Secretary, ten of whom are licensed in at least one of the regulated professions and one public member. Mr. Lawler was re-appointed to another 4 year term in August of 2014. In November 2016 Tom lawler was re-elected chairman of the board for a 3rd term.

ICRI also co-sponsors the World of Concrete, the only annual international event dedicated to the commercial concrete and masonry construction industries. ICRI's international network of local chapters provide regional networking opportunities as well as educational events. Worldwide membership of ICRI includes architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, distributors, facility owners/managers and other professionals with a common goal: prolonging the useful life of concrete through quality repair, restoration and protection."ICRI is a tremendous organization. Tom Lawler In 2107, Tom was elected to Secretary of the Chicago Chapter, and then Vice President in 2018. Tom Lawler was elected President of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Chicago Chapter in 2019. Under Tom Lawler's leadership, the Chicago Chapter was awarded "Chapter of the Year" an award given to one of the nearly forty ICRI chapters worldwide. As former President, Tom will continue to serve on the ICRI Board of Directors.

Tom Lawler, former Salon Manager for Charles Ifergan Salons(considered the best hair salon in Chicago) is an internationally acclaimed salon educator. Tom, considered one of the best hairstylists in the U.S.A. has also practiced his trade on 5 continents.With a natural flair for style and an insatiable desire to create, Lawler firmly established himself as one of Chicago’s premier stylists. Away from his chair Lawler took the time to train and oversee Ifergan’s expansive education department while still traveling the U.S. and the World for the latest fashion trends. “ I believe in a very structured education, with this as a foundation, rules can be broken and creativity can take control.” Lawler felt strongly about the need for stylists and colorists to work together to achieve the best looks for our clients. “Women have so many ways to express themselves, but nothing as personal or as powerful as their hair.” Lawler says. During Lawler's tenure at Charles Ifergan, he educated and motivated thousands of students and professionals worldwide. As one of 3 Managing Partners, he helped oversee the day to day operations of a 4 salon company with over 120 employees. In the Fall of 2013, Lawler oversaw the merger of our Naperville and Oak Brook locations, and shortly after retired from the the hair salon business.

Tom Lawler helped develop and implement the Charles Ifergan Hair Salon training program. Long considered one of the best hair salons in the country, Tom Lawler was responsible for the hiring and training of what some consider to be the best hairstylists in Chicago. Tom Lawler's training both here in the United States, as well as Asia and Europe helped ensure that the Ifergan team was given the best hairstyling training available.
