A Chicago native, I grew up enamored with architecture, construction and the ivy-covered walls of Wrigley Field (Go Cubs). It also helps I was a frequent visitor at my father’s architecture firm in the heart of the city. At the time, my plan was to become an architect and take over his business. But thanks to Purdue University, I also found a passion for mechanical engineering.Looking to somehow blend these two passions together led me to ARCO/Murray. As a Top 10 U.S. design-builder, ARCO’s turnkey approach provides a single point of contact and all design and construction services in-house. This empowers engineers, like myself, to find and implement creative solutions throughout the entire process that will generate value – all while upholding a client’s vision for their space. As lead of ARCO/Murray’s Industrial Tenant Solutions team, I integrate that approach into every warehouse, office and/or adaptive reuse buildout both locally and nationally. I also make it my number one priority to understand a client’s business. This way, I can deliver an earlier, more efficient budget and then commit to that budget upfront. For clients, that means greater operational efficiencies, less risk, streamlined cash flow, faster occupancy and an overall better way to build.
