Tom-li retired from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army at the age of 25 and joined Xinxiang Alpha Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 2007. He started as a basic children's educational science toys products R&D staff and worked hard to develop new toy products for the company. He has obtained good product sales and customer praise.In 2010, he was promoted to the international trade manager, striving to develop high-quality customers in various countries and opening up the international market for the Alpha science toys brand. During this period, he participated in several corporate management knowledge training, then entered the Alibaba Business School to study MBA courses and passed the graduation test, joined the China Shenzhen City Foreign Trade Association, served as the vice-chairman, and was promoted to the general manager of Xinxiang Alpha Manufacturing Co, Ltd, and successfully signed a cooperation plan with Alibaba Group and become an important strategic cooperative enterprise and star enterprise of Henan Alibaba Group. He led the company team to obtain an amazing sales volume of 100 million RMB in children's educational science toys during the two years from 2018 and 2019.
