Serves as the Lead FSR for the Detecting System Special Purpose AN/TSQ-303(V)1, on call 24/7. Responsible for the management, site surveys, installation, relocation, maintenance, testing, and repair of eighteen (18) systems spread across eight countries. Performs periodic software upgrades and monitors system health and status for all sensors. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues to determine technical solutions; works within customer guidelines/processes to implement solutions. Develops and implements reports, system records, and maintenance records. Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies for supported equipment. Coordinates with partners of external systems supporting the AN/TSQ-303. Manages site visit schedules throughout the Middle East to perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance. Provides Operations and Maintenance training as required. Organizes the logistical support for repair parts to each site. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills that include the ability to understand and support linear and event driven program models. Informs Program Management of daily system status. Supports customer courses of action development for eventual deployments of the systems an performs site surveys for system emplacement.

With years of experience and proven effectiveness, provide an organization with the data and direction based on a customer’s requirements in their Performance Work Statement, Labor Categories and in person meetings the ability to efficiently operate an IEW Shop, IT Administration, Facilities Maintenance & Management and Logistical operations. Trains personnel on performing site surveys for new installations or refurbishment/upgrades.Provides oversight in planning and execution of the contracts, providing technical data for proposals, reviews information for proposals (RFP’s), budgeting, Statements of Work (SOW) with organizational leadership, capture team, and proposal staff regarding new contracts. In addition, prepares Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for staffing and execution of projects within the organization. Interface with customers to promote a positive, productive environment. Interact with the contracting officer, contracting officer representative and the technical government teams to promote a focused mission environment.Develops personnel to provide an organizational matrix for a cross pollination of required skills for leading, managing, and training personnel on new hardware, software, and systems integration of systems of systems for big data, Internet of Things (IOT’s), Machine to Machine (M2M) in planning organizational requirements for management and compartmentalized programs in austere environments all the while in managing personnel. Able to multitask mission assignments with executive management. Tasked with executing intelligence and information technology programs. Communicates effectively both verbal and written in assessing mission requirements, risk assessment, cost overrun, value of efforts, and business units’ budget.

Supervises maintenance, systems administration and logistics personnel in support of critical IEW systems in Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan and other SWA countries as well as systems supporting Afghanistan. Implements design, initial fielding, testing, training, emergency maintenance, repair of electronics, communication systems, and equipment. Manages maintenance and supply operations in compliance with US Army regulations. Oversees and performs system-level troubleshooting using complex computer diagnostics and electronic test equipment. Ensures systems and equipment operations maintenance complies with physical, operational, security, safety, and electronics and communications regulations. Provides expertise and instructs subordinates on commercial, Army SATCOM, and IEW projects requiring detailed analysis of operational and technical issues. Evaluates the impact of proposed design changes on the ability to maintain continuous operations. Supports deployed Army systems. Interacts with multiple levels of customer base to ensure personnel performance meets customer requirements.
