Field Service Representative
CurrentServes as the Lead FSR for the Detecting System Special Purpose AN/TSQ-303(V)1, on call 24/7. Responsible for the management, site surveys, installation, relocation, maintenance, testing, and repair of eighteen (18) systems spread across eight countries. Performs periodic software upgrades and monitors system health and status for all sensors. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues to determine technical solutions; works within customer guidelines/processes to implement solutions. Develops and implements reports, system records, and maintenance records. Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies for supported equipment. Coordinates with partners of external systems supporting the AN/TSQ-303. Manages site visit schedules throughout the Middle East to perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance. Provides Operations and Maintenance training as required. Organizes the logistical support for repair parts to each site. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills that include the ability to understand and support linear and event driven program models. Informs Program Management of daily system status. Supports customer courses of action development for eventual deployments of the systems an performs site surveys for system emplacement.
