Responsibilities include: - Writing development plans aligned with LCCC Community Team vision and performance outcomes. - Project manager for the SEN School Chance to Shine project. - Working closely with the cricket clubs in the county to provide further opportunities for disability/women & girls sections. - Support the engagement with the South Asian community through the Community Team's Chance to Shine Street projects. - Creating further opportunities for Women and Girls in the county, through the organisation and running of local competitions, leagues, festivals and networking groups. - Develop strong partnerships with schools, clubs, NGB's and organisations who can add value to our work. - Lead the Women & Girls county pathway programme from U11 girls through the Leicestershire Women, including head coach of the Leicestershire Women's squad.

The Regional Disability Talent Development Programme is the first of its kind in the cricket world taking place one weekend a month. One of the main goals of the programme is to develop young talented disabled cricketers with a view to see them enter their specific England set up.My role is to work mainly with the Hearing Impaired group and manage their development throughout the programme. Other responsibilities will include working with the Regional Centre Manager to put together specific sessions to aid each player's development.

Have been largely involved in the implementation of a new affiliation offering to schools. From January 2014 I have taken on a Disability Officer role. Working with various partners, SEN Schools and clubs the role will look to increase the participation of disabled people in cricket in Leicestershire & Rutland.
