Supervised 15 Mortgage Branches consisting of over 375 loan originators. Managed day to day operations including signing off on all loan closings and individual branch payroll reports. Managed employee training and compliance. Responsible for sourcing mortgage leads for all branches and managing distribution of leads to each branch manager. Successfully managed the closing of over 2.5 billion dollars in mortgage loans during my time with HSOA.
