As a Human Resources Manager, I applied my BBA in HR Management and my skills in HR, training, and administration to support the mission and values of OATA, a leading organization in the field of occupational therapy. For 10 months, I worked with the senior leadership and the HR team to develop and implement effective policies and programs, manage employee relations and performance, and oversee compliance and reporting. I also contributed to the recruitment and retention of qualified and diverse staff, and facilitated the learning and development of the organization's talent. Prior to that, I gained valuable experience in sales and recruitment at LegalZoom, where I helped generate leads, close deals, and coordinate the hiring process for various roles. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where people can grow and thrive professionally and personally.
