For 10 months, I worked with the senior leadership and the HR team to develop and implement effective policies and programs, manage employee relations and performance, and oversee compliance and reporting. I also contributed to the recruitment and retention of qualified and diverse staff, and facilitated the learning and development of the organization's talent. Prior to that, I gained valuable experience in sales and recruitment at LegalZoom, where I helped generate leads, close deals, and coordinate the hiring process for various roles.
