This Church organisation in Papua New Guinea comprised of more than 2,000 churches. Role included oversight of the AOG PNG group’s two campuses, analysing business operations, developing and implementing new management and performance structures to address poor management and financial performance, liaise and negotiate with ANZ Bank to prevent a mortgagee sale. Through an extended process, this was achieved. Additionally provided advisory and technical support to the Church’s National Executive Council (NEC) in development and rollout of a new business unit (Assemblies Holdings Ltd) to deliver management and financial accountability for the group’s church network.

Involved in establishing this USA based entity which sold wastewater products within the USA and other countries. This company had common Directors with Ariel Group Pty Ltd.

Responsible for cashflow project management, access project feasibility and profitability, and prospects for new property projects. Land sub-divisions and a Supermarket project in Logan City.

Extensive travel across USA over a 4-year period which included tradeshow presentations, marketing, manufacturing and exporting to the USA as well as Australian Sales Role during this period
