Career History: Tom has over 20 years of experience in pipe production industrie. He started his career in 1992 with Henco Industries NV, a new player on the market of pipes for heating and sanitary. As a mechanic he was the first involved in the development of the newly ordered production lines in Germany. In the years that followed, he had a major influence in optimizing and expanding the new production process of pipe extrusion. In a time frame of 16 years Henco has grown to one of the world leaders in the field of pipe and coupling production for both sanitary and heating solutions.Just before the crisis in 2009 Henco was sold to Aalberts industries.This company founded in 1975 and listed on the stock exchange since March 1987, is an internationally active specialist in industrial products and flow control.The company develops solutions for diverse customer needs, divided into the group activities Industrial Services and Flow Control and realises a revenue of more than 2 billion €.Through the crisis and the rising competition, the phenomenal growth of the last 16 years was much less pronounced and there had to be an even bigger focus on optimization, scrap reduction and people management.Tom learns and developed these skills at a very high rate which is reflected in the wide variety of projects and a new title of production and technical manager.After 21years at Henco Tom finds a new job opportunity at the deca packaging group.
