The past 14 years I've been in Africa as a Mechanical Superintendent or as a Mechanical Systems Inspector for the OBO/SRC. Tanzania, Kenya, Angola, Togo, Equatorial Guinea, South Africa, Madagascar,Rwanda, Burundi...and Moscow!

• Worked as a Systems Planning and Controls Analyst, mechanical QA/Inspector for the OBO thru Scientific Research Corporation.• Main duties were to review submittals for specification and contract compliance; inspect all in installed mechanical systems for compliance per contract and when not in compliance, make suggestions or recommendations to the OBO Project Director. Supervised the installation for Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC Systems for US Embassy Projects

• Hensel-Phelps asked me if I would want to work and help to push the job in the final construction phase which included the CAA areas. • Worked with the senior mechanical superintendent and sub-contractors during the final phase of the building construction identifying coordination issues and “pushing” the job to try and finish on schedule. • Project value: $60 Million
