BUREAU VERITAS start to roll out SIEBEL system in Asia from2009 for Certification business line. Along with other system in this project, such as BI Portal, Customer Portal, Audit Report Tool etc. After join BUREAU VERITAS, I’ve worked with Siebel Manager to complete the roll out for 4 countries and independently complete roll out for another 4 countries.Job Description:* Initialize project workshop with key users to gathering business requirements and present AS-IS system function* Lead the test phase with other system such as interface test (datastage, Biztalk), data migration test, etc* Manage the data migration during project phase and monitor data cleansing after go-live* Provide end-end support after project go-live (1-2 month)* Roll out and provide training for other systems related with SIEBEL project: SAS BI Portal for KPI report to management team; Auditor tool for auditor record/trace during site visit; Customer Portal for external clients.* Monitor data quality during project stability phase; work with business controller to make sure data quality of KPI report.* Validate/control change request, escalate to develop/support team in Paris, coordinate the new function test/validate in Asia* Involve projects in other Zone by request from Headquarter. Work as Level 3 support to provide expert knowledge to level 2 support team

Responsible for daily end user L2 support from China/Thailand, maintain data analysis from Siebel system (Crystal report, KPI report) .* Gather enhancements/bug requirement from Siebel Tools manager of business side and understanding new requirement align with the business process/strategic. * Coordinate the solution deployment from Group headquarter, follow up the enhancement status/change management with business. Manage the new version test phase with business and Siebel expert from Group. * Lead local acceptance test with key user and central development team. Coordinate defining test case, data cleansing, etc* Involve the server upgrade, coordinate the technician from IBM GDC. Create the solution/training for end users during the upgrade in Asia (400 users). PHASE I : 2005/12-2006/5Position : Function AnalystReporting To : Asian Pacific User Support manager, IS/ITMajor Responsibilities:Project: WINXP SP2 Upgrade in Asia* Manage the WINXP SP2 upgrade in Asia (1500+ PC), responsible/coordinate all the feasibility test with countries and IBM solution expert. Create and maintain upgrade schedule, milestones, distribution. Follow up the upgrade result and ongoing support issues. Support the local legacy applications if needed.
