Manulife Investment Management is the global wealth and asset management segment of Manulife Financial Corporation, formerly operating as John Hancock in the United States.I oversee asset management for MIM RE's multifamily portfolio across U.S. and Canadian markets, providing guidance and support to a team of asset managers to help set and execute asset strategies and drive operating performance. Through this role, I have also helped the wider asset management function transform from a legacy operations-heavy model into one with broader investment management capabilities, playing a larger role in research/strategy, capex execution, development, and transactions.

PGIM Real Estate is the real estate investment business of PGIM, the $1 trillion global investment management businesses of Prudential Financial, Inc. As a senior member of an asset management team that specializes in multifamily, I oversaw a portfolio of roughly $3B in assets ranging from highrise developments to value-add garden product, with a mix of JV and wholly owned structures. In addition to being intimately involved with the acquisitions, development, and dispositions processes, I have also led the negotiation and closing of numerous partnership buyouts and restructurings. I was a member of PGIM's internal technology and innovation initiative, and highly involved with our training and diversity hiring efforts.

Arsenal Real Estate managed real estate assets on behalf of public and private pension plans, endowments, foundations, and high net worth individuals. With approximately $500M in assets under management, Arsenal executed high-returning opportunistic and value added strategies through closed end vehicles.My roles at Arsenal spanned across all functions, including JV development/acquisitions, portfolio management, dispositions, and asset management.
