I am a Supply Chain Leading Hand in the Royal Navy, with over 17 years of service and experience in submarine logistics and operations. I manage the demand, receipt, and return of assets and equipment across a multi-national environment, ensuring the operational capability and readiness of the unit. I also supervise, train, and develop two subordinates, using different skill sets to deliver efficient, effective, and reliable supply chain solutions.In addition to my supply chain role, I am a qualified SMQ Instructor and a TSSBN specialist, teaching the Basic Submarine Qualification Syllabus and ensuring the welfare and standards of the trainees. I liaise with industry partners and customer liaison teams, supporting the strategic objectives and outputs of the Royal Navy. My mission is to leverage my supply chain and logistics skills to contribute to the national security and defence of the UK.
