Acting as the deputy of the Supply Chain sub department onboard a nuclear submarine.Responsible for the demand, receipt and return of assets and equipment over a multi-national environment to maintain operational capability of the unit. Tracked the movement of assets through depots and supervised the arrival of shipments. Responsible for the supervision, training and development of 2 sub ordinates - Utilising different skillsets to liaise with industry partners and members of the Submarine Delivery Agency ( SDA) customer liaison Teams to ensure Materiel is supplied on the right place , at the right time allowing the platform to conduct operations across all spectrums of defence . Ensuring Full compliancy on accounting at all times , conducting mandatory demand validation tasks .

Acting as one of the SMQ training team - i support the senior rate members of the team in the Teaching of Basic Submarine Qualification Syllabus (TSSBN) ensuring that the trainee’s are suitably qualified in all aspects of submarine Knowledge prior to joining there platforms - and also have a responsibility as duty of care instructor at weekends , ensuring the welfare of the trainees on course is met at all times.Also i am in charge of ensuring the students Accommodation is fit for purpose , co ordinate student in and out musters , conduct hygiene and cleanliness rounds to ensure students maintain correct standards whilst in training - I also utilise my supply chain branch knowledge by liaising with other Base organisations to ensure that SMQ as an organisation has the correct materiel to support training , and finally act as COVID 19 Testing Co- ord , ensuring that testing takes place and the results are fed back into Command

Acting as supply chain maintenance manager, co-ordinate and deliver materiel and supply chain SME to various SSBN/SSN BMP projects - ensuring the BMP has all stores and equipment delivered within the set timeframes and working with various sub contractors/industry partners to help deliver CASD (Defence No.1 Output)

Working in a small,well knit team delivering operational combat logistics service to the Submarine, ensuring that the Submarine has all the required Materiel onboard to complete all operational taskingAs dictated by FLEET. Also i am qualified as a Planesman, operating the controls of the submarine either on the surface or dived. I also formed part of the Damage control teams(fire-fighting) and ships protection force, having completed Leading Rates Command Course - am now an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute, and also have just completed my L3 Business and Administration NVQ .

During a 6 month Op tour deployed to HQ Bastion Joint Operating Base main QM dept, working as the MSA JNCO, which entailed being the sole accountant responsible for all Bottled water needs throughout Camp Bastion,the Sole Medical Accountant responsible for delivering essential Medical Equipment (inc. Controlled Drugs) to units Throughout the whole of the UK JOI - and as a additional role acting as jnco on the Welfare desk ensuring that all units in The Uk Op Area had the correct issue of welfare items, all roles meant that i was directly supporting 6,000 people at one time.
