Helped engineer merger of South West Brands in April 2022 in order to exercise all equity options and step-back to a shareholder and advisor.Group Commercial Director - responsible for global commercial strategy, forecasting and execution. Overseen ~150% YOY growth from launch.• Oversight of end-to-end sales and operations in the USA, including trade and performance marketing, and supply chain.• Export lead for the Gulf, Europe and Asia, including management of our DIY, distribution and licensing models, having recently negotiated the latter with eCargo and Tenacious Labs respectively.• Managing Director for OTO Japan KK, headquartered in Tokyo. Seen 9 consecutive months of growth since late 2021 launch.• Spearhead above-base business development opportunities, including partnerships, sub-brands and white-labelling.• Central in fundraising, as well as our M&A strategy. Raised over £5m to date.

Responsible for international expansion in key markets, including Hong Kong, China, Japan and USA. Continued to manage key UK B2B accounts and international D2C oversight.

Responsible for building the B2B sales and marketing strategy across the lifestyle, beauty and drinks sectors. Successfully launched in over 250 doors in 6 months, including Liberty, Selfridges, John Lewis, Mandarin Oriental and Enotria & Coe.

Performed freelance strategy and business consulting for start-ups and scale-ups across F&B and the consumer lifestyle space, such as Punchy Drinks and Canauvin.

Full P&L responsibility for all b2b and d2c sales. Spearheaded over 100% L4L revenue growth year on year, with management of over 750 wholesale customers. Launched satellite offices in Ibiza and Melbourne. Responsible for over £4.5m in revenue in 4 years across major grocery, foodservice and hospitality. Vested shares in early 2019. Glacies Ltd was successfully acquired in October 2019 by G Bruce & Co Ltd.

Set up an events and artist management company. Hosted many large events and festivals across London and Bristol, including Love Saves the Day and UOB Fresher’s Programme. T/o £100k in year 2 with a 70% EBITDA.

Coordinated and led one of the largest regular event management businesses in Bristol. Monthly guest volumes of 5,000 and annual t/o £200k< with a 60% EBITDA.

Headhunted into nbi Human Capital as a research analyst. Following a successful probation period, they sponsored my university fees to complete my further education.
