Liquid Therapy is a multi award winning charity that provides a range of Ocean and surf based Therapeutic programs for young people with additional needs. Since it's founding it has organically grown to serve and engage with individuals, families, community groups and national organisations through out the country. With an active volunteer base of over one hundred Liquid Therapy has also operated internationally in both Hong Kong and South Africa. As a brand it has stood along side and been supported by Guinness, The National Lottery and Bank of Ireland!

Responsible for all aspects of daily operations, marketing and HR.Duties involve strategic planning for the companies short and long term development. Implementing a update and engaging marketing strategy and ensuring the organizations daily operations exceed the expectations of our customer base.

I am responsible for the running of the surf school and management of the junior instructor. Developing tangible marketing plans and implementing them.

A voluntary position working with children with Autism. Helping them experience the benefits of the ocean!

My main responsibility was for the day to day running of the center. I was directly responsible for two departments. Additional roles included, HR, Marketing, Accounts and First Responder.
