The responsibilities of the Senior Technical Advisor at Foerster Instruments Inc. cover an array of subjects.  Project Management Training Service agreements Technical Support Sales Support Application support-Project management covers the aspects of the larger installations. It requires working with my counter parts from our headquarters located in Reutlingen Germany, customers and sub suppliers as needed. -Training provides operation, configuration and service training to our employees and customers. The training can be performed on site and at our modern training facility in Pittsburgh, PA. The training is customized to meet the needs of our customers. This also includes the scheduled symposiums performed throughout the year.-The Service agreements cover all aspects of the agreements from communications with the customers, technical support group and sales group. The service agreements are customized to the needs and requirements of the customer. -Technical support is the interaction with customer questions and needs. This includes phone and field support as needed. -Sales support is providing the necessary support to our sales group when operation, installation, technical and application support is needed. -Application support is working with our applications lab to keep it organized and perform studies when additional resources are needed.
