• Planned, executed and managed our first manless cleaning project in Singapore• Coordinated with the equipment supplier to customize our equipment and standardize SOP in compliance Singapore refinery safety standard• Developed and maintained a project master plan and detail schedule to meet the project objectives as per Business Plan.• Monitored the weekly/monthly progress before issue for management reporting• Managed site activities and sub-contractor to ensure compliance with quality standards• Coordinated across planning, production and customer service departments to align on production priority• Fostered positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients

• Designed a multi-layered DBS membrane to separate and dehydrate the plasma from blood cells and achieved almost 100% recovery of the lipid panels and HbA1c • Improved the current DBS by impregnating stabilizing agents such as cyclodextrin for humid climate and longer transport at room temperature

• Presented the benefits and methods of donation to NUS alumni through phone calls to raise funds, resulting in reconnecting with over 500 alumni every month • Contributed to 54% of the Annual Giving Programme 2017 together with my 20 team members

• Researched and submitted over 700 pieces of creative description in both English and Chinese for our organic products within 90 days to facilitate advertising and marketing efforts prepared for our soon-to-launch eCommerce and Marketplace website.• Created product taglines and advertising quotes to make our products stand apart and to make memorable expressions for our various target customer segments
