Handled production level analysis of Arsenic, Lead, Copper and Chromium by GFAAS and FLAAS for a group of researchers ranging from 6 to 12 people. Managed grant budgets, ordering of supplies and budgeting. This was a group of varied ethnicities; chinese, indian, venezuelan and brazilian which was demanding in navigating all of those cultural differences but varying abilities to communicate directly.This job also afforded me the opportunity to do elementary research of plant and soil systems, both as lead researcher and in directly assisting in the design and execution of experiments.
