Manage my small property portfolio, actively looking to add to my portfolio and develop some residential properties

Started as a marker of SAT papers, within a week I was called upon for having an eye for detail so was promoted to a moderator to spot mistakes. 10 days later I was appointed as supervisor of a team of over 30 people due to the manager of the operation seeing leadership skills on me. We went on to be a top 5 team in terms of speed, consistency and accuracy. It was my first real responsibility at 19 and I thoroughly enjoyed it, it made me realise my own attributes and areas I needed to work on.
