Together we are currently 9 studios with over 400 game engineers, producers, artists and designers. As Head of Operations of Keywords business in Australia, I have lead the growth of Keywords Australian operations and built it into the most profitable and fastest-growing group of studios within the Keywords group and the largest video games company in Australia. Since 2021 we have grown our staff by 10x and increased our revenues by 7x. We have rolled out industry leading initiatives to support neurodiversity and DEI in the workplace. We have implemented industry leading working conditions and become the first offical carbon neutral games studio in Australia. We have lead Keywords globally in sustainable business practices. Our success has involved working closely with key stakeholders at VicScreen and other State Government funding bodies and IGEA the Australian Games Industry body to support the Australian games industry and enable the growth of our studios here.
