After 12 years of Programme Management at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains I decided it was time for a new challenge. As a Senior Business Analyst I am able to bring my unique business knowledge and experience to facilitate the development of bespoke business applications. Now a Certified Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner I am enjoying the challenges of software development whilst developing further my strong links with the engineering and operational areas of this six times double World Championship winning team.

I am a Programme Manager with Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains with over ten years' experience in the role. During my time managing the F1 race programme we have won five drivers' and four constructors' world championships. I am very proud to say that I have been at the heart of the planning, strategy, budget and delivery success of all of these programmes.I have managed budgets in excess of £25M, weighing up the competing requirements of batch size, development and change risk and obsolescence. Creating plans to prevent a potential engine failure from a defective component in a pool of engines on the other side of the world has taught me a lot about risk management, lateral thinking and imaginative problem solving. It has also helped me to demonstrate the necessary motivational skills required to successfully execute such highly ambitious plans. I have developed a versatile problem solving approach capable of considering multiple options and paths to success.I operate within a lean supply chain driven by aggressive delivery targets where striving for continuous improvement is the minimum expectation and true innovation is required to beat the competition. I have managed programmes through a defined gateway process from scope definition to lessons learned in order to deliver projects to a world class standard of quality and performance.

Shoreham-By-Sea

I completed an industrial placement year with Ricardo before starting university. The company then sponsored me through university including two summer placements. I joined their graduate scheme in 1999.
