Responsibilities•To proactively manage the take on of new suppliers and the ongoing maintenance of existing supplier’s. Primary duties will include the accountability and responsibility for leading the commercial activities to maximise the benefits required the major ones relating to this activity being, financial, operational and risk mitigation.•To also capitalize on the ongoing benefit derived from and manage the commercial risk of external supply arrangements across Fidelity Customer Services operations in Europe in conjunction with product and service owners and Executives.

• Responsibilities• Dealing• Responsible for all dealing for our DB and DC I/O Pension Schemes and IBD Business (Institutional Business Development).• Customer Relations• Manage a team that is responsible client relationship for IBD.• Also responsible for the management of the DC I/O client relationship.• Business Take on• Manage a team responsible for negotiating Investment Management Agreements for Sub Advised Segregated Fund Implementations in EMEA, UK and Europe ex Germany.• These negotiations with the client include IMA, Investment Objectives and Operations.• Project manage the in-house aspect of implementations with internal departments.• Responsible also for a team that carries out a similar function for DC and Stakeholder Pension Schemes implementations.• Business Maintenance• Renegotiating agreements as circumstances change.• In conjunction with the Group MLRO drafted the institutional Business AML procedures. Obtained business sign off and implemented the Policy.

Product Development Projects•Responsible for commercial, legal and operational negotiations with external Fund Managers for Fidelity’s unfettered Multimanager funds. •Project managed the launch programme for some of these Funds. •Member of the project management team for the other launches,•Drafted and agreed the Legal Agreements and Service Level agreements with all stakeholders.Relationship Management•Maintain relationships with external fund managers to ensure funds are available to Fidelity Portfolio Managers.Ensure service levels are adhered to by both parties.•Resolve queries as they arise to the satisfaction of both parties.•Keep external Providers abreast of Fidelity’s plans for the MultiManager business.
