As a former team member of Bunnings Epsom and Springvale, I was responsible for working with my team to provide a high level of customer service across a wide variety of roles. As a special orders team member, I was responsible for helping customers order a wide variety of products not available in store. Additionally, as a paint expert, I was responsible for providing various solutions for customer painting projects as well training/supervising less experienced team members on product knowledge, paint tinting/colour matching, and various customer problem solving techniques.I was required to regularly liaise with suppliers, company representatives, other stores and fellow team members to manage/order stock and improve merchandising processes. Ultimately, to improve the quality of the customer in store experience.

As a Field Marketing representative for Moira Mac's. I was responsible for the advertisement of their new poultry product throughout multiple Woolworths stores around the city of Bendigo. This role involved the distribution of product samples and customer interest data collecting, which relied heavily on healthy customer conversation to spark interest. I was further involved in the creation of a number of dishes with the new product, which were used to create sample recipe hand outs, ultimately leading to the products successful rollout across Woolworths supermarkets nationwide.
