Special Olympics Ireland is the third largest sporting organisation in Ireland for people with an intellectual disability. The organisation consists of five regional offices and a central office in Dublin. It employs over 100 staff and uses services of over 100 office-based volunteers daily. I am a part of three persons IT team and have been involved in scoping, designing and implementing the following major projects: 2011 - Implementation of Company's new CRM system (involved in scoping, designing implementing and training) 2012 – Designed and implemented MS SQL Server Reporting solutions to supplement reporting requirements after CRM system implementation 2012 – Upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 (designed and implemented WSDS and performed deployment of Windows 7 across all headquarters' and regional devices) 2014 - played pivotal role in organising the IT side of 2014 Ireland's National Special Olympics Games in Limerick (designing, organising and implementing IT Operational Plan across over 15 venues) 2016 – Moving the Special Olympics Headquarters to National Sport Campus which involved: Scoping and implementing new hardware solutions. Migration to Eir's IP telephony system and implementing Hosted PBX solution. Designing and implementing a backup and DR solutions 2017 – migration of company's mail exchange server to MS Office 365 2018 – Organising IT solutions for 2018 National Special Olympics Games in Dublin including: Designing solutions for collaboration between SOI staff and Games Organising Committee (250 users) utilising Office 365 solutions (Powerapps, Sharepoint, Skype for Business) Managing design and deployment of MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune Increasing productivity by designing and building bespoke applications using Microsoft Powerapps engine Deploying Windows 10 Enterprise to 120 devices and Intune enrolment Managing design and implementation of MDM solution for BYOD for Android and iOS devices

Actively involved in creation of Company’s tobacco purchase procedures, documents flow, reporting policies. Had a significant input during development of Company’s purchasing software / database. Involved in implementing EU procedures regarding purchasing process. Played pivotal role in restructuring of Agronomy Department during post privatization period. Assisted Agronomy Manager in staff evaluation. Responsible for handing out notices to over 30 Agronomy Staff made redundant in 2000.- Assisting Agronomy Manager in all activities, - Interpreting during business meetings, - Events planning, diary management, preparing presentations
