In my 15-year career as a healthcare advertising copywriter, I have spearheaded the development of creative concepts, positioning and message strategy, and promotional and clinical copy for multiple healthcare and consumer brands, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostic hardware/software, hospital information management systems, and a major patient registry-based observational study. Materials developed include professional and DTP/DTC journal ads, sales aids, direct mail campaigns, collateral pieces, website content, speaker slide kits, reports from clinical investigator meetings, sales rep training materials, and patient education programs. My additional areas of responsibility have included researching, mining, managing, and organizing clinical data, as well as assisting the Creative Director in ensuring the overall quality of copywriting and the creative product.
